Hamlin Air Conditioning offers residential and commercial maintenance agreements. We will perform a maintenance service at least twice a year during normal working hours Monday through Fricday. All work is done in a professional manner complying with all state and local codes.
Maintenance customers receive priority service during system breakdown. Service provided after working hours will be charged at over-time rates. Generally, the agreement is renewed annually unless cancelled by the customer prior to the anniversary date.
Services performed during a maintenance visit include the following:

Test gas furnace operation, burner performance and safety's operation.

Test heat pump operation and emergency heat function.

Check operating pressures for heat pump and a/c units.

Check and adjust drive components for alignment and proper operation.

Lubricate bearings and motors that require lubrication. (some bearings are sealed)

Clean condensate drain pans and lines.

Clean condenser and evaporator coils.

Check airflow.
-
Replace filters.
-
Check and tighten electrical connections.
*The material cost of belts is not included in the cost of the maintenance agreement. However, the labor to change belts is included in the cost.
**The cost of freon is also not included in the cost of the maintenance agreement. Please feel free to contact us for current freon costs.
