HVAC Construction
Our HVAC construction services are provided by highly trained craftsmen and foremen who are prepared for all aspects of heating and air conditioning systems.
The construction process begins with coordination meetings between the Project Manager and Sheet Metal Department Manager to insure that all other trades are aware of the construction schedule requirements. Depending on the job budget and requirements, the ductwork for the air distribution system can be supplied by local vendors or fabricated at our facility.
After the material is delivered to the jobsite, our skilled workers begin the installation phase. This can include, but is not limited to, the installation of the HVAC equipment, the air distribution system(s), and piping systems (i.e., refrigeration, hot water and chilled water). Also during this phase, we begin the installation and commissioning of the HVAC control system utilizing our in-house controls department.
At the completion of a project, we can provide you with:
- as-built record drawings
- operation and maintenance manuals outlining the preventive maintenance needs of the HVAC system(s)
- an onsite walk through of the HVAC system(s) operations
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our in-house sheet metal fabrication facility gives us the flexibility of manufacturing custom-order ductwork from raw steel. Our complete line of sheet metal fabricating equipment allows us to cut, form and deliver all ductwork and fittings to any jobsite.
